Congresswoman Lois Frankel meets with the Palm Beach Harbor Pilots in March of 2015

Captains Matt Rigby and William Messer attended the port’s meeting with 22nd District Congresswoman Lois Frankel the morning of March 20, 2015. Newly elected Port Commissioner Peyton McArthur, Manny Almira, Ken Hern, Carl Baker, and other port officials attended. Also introduced was Tara L. Monks, the new Public Relations & Communications Specialist for the port. Congresswoman Frankel was the main round table speaker, urging the port to get involved within the community to garner support for port expansion and the need to create local jobs.
